  • All product information, including images, weight, and details of bonus extras, are subject to change without prior notice.  While we try our best to keep the product information up to date, the information displayed on our website may become outdated. Similarly, while availabilities are updated everyday, unexpected delays and shortages may occur. Also in some cases, shipping charge may be subject to an update at the time of shipping, when actual order weight becomes available, and it will be reflected on the charge for the order.  We reserve the right to refuse to honor any incorrect Internet prices, product description as we cannot account for the occasional error. 

 Back Order Items

  • If an item states B/O under the Availability section that stands for Back Order.  Our automated system will try to provide you with an estimated delivery date. Please call 800-777-0172 or email for an accurate availability of that item. There may be an additional charge for B/O items that are direct shipped from the factory to you. Items that state IN STOCK usually ship out within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Policies

"Since we don't pad our shipping charges, and due to the range of weights of our products, the actual shipping price is only reflected in the final invoice. We follow standard UPS rates."

  • Order Acceptance - Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until after your order has entered the shipping process. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders unless picked up or delivered within close proximity to our branches.

 

  • Can I ship my order to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?   Munro offers a selection of its products for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico for an additional charge.  Total delivery timeline for Alaska and Hawaii orders will take additional business days.  Delivery to remote locations within the continental United States may take longer.

 

  • Who do I call if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?  If you receive your order and it is damaged by the delivery company, refuse delivery (if possible) and call 800-777-0172 within 48 hours to report any damages.

Returns

  • All returns must be in re-sellable condition (in original packaging when applicable) to receive credit. You must contact us so we can issue an RMA. Returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice. NONSTOCK returns are subject to prior approval. Credit will be issued net of any freight or restocking charges.

 

  • Damaged Shipments - Please inspect all shipments immediately. If the packaging looks damaged on the outside, either refuse to accept it or make sure when signing you note the package is or appears damaged. Any concealed damage you will need to be reported to us within 48 hours.

 

  •  Defective Products - If within 15 days of receiving your order, you have any product defects please contact us immediately. We will issue you a prepaid UPS return label. Once the product is returned and determined to be defective we will send a replacement at no charge. If product is determined not to be defective you will be credited for items original price minus any shipping charges including cost of return label. After 15 days you must contact the manufacturer for their specific warranty.
